Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Coopers Glass. We make handmade, small-batch glass pieces, custom work, and artist-made accessories. Because many items are handmade, custom, limited, or made to order, refunds are handled under the policy below.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible through:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • The item has a clear defect that was not shown or described in the listing
  • Your order was cancelled before it shipped and before any custom work began

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos or video of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of the packaging materials

Do not throw away the packaging until the issue is resolved. The box and packing materials may be needed for a shipping claim.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, personalized pieces, colour-request pieces, modified designs, and commissioned work are final sale once work has started.

If a custom order is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials, design time, prep work, or production time have already been used.

Sale Items

Sale items, discounted items, clearance items, and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has an undisclosed defect.

Sezzle / Buy Now Pay Later Orders

Orders placed using Sezzle or any Buy Now Pay Later payment method are final sale and non-refundable, unless required by law or approved by Coopers Glass due to an order issue such as damage, wrong item, or undisclosed defect.

Handmade Variation

Coopers Glass pieces are handmade. Small differences in colour, shape, size, pattern, airflow, linework, fitment, and finish can happen from piece to piece.

These natural handmade differences are not considered defects.

Colour may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, glass thickness, and colour-shift effects.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom orders
  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized or modified pieces
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items
  • Sezzle / Buy Now Pay Later orders
  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without approval
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by our mistake

Devices and Accessories

Devices, grommets, electronics, inserts, or third-party accessories are not included unless the product listing clearly says they are included.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer assumed extra parts were included when the listing did not state that.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund is processed, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us first if there is an issue with your order. Most problems can be fixed faster through direct support.

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute may delay the resolution because the payment provider takes over the process.
