Coopers Glass ships from British Columbia, Canada.

Processing Time

In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom orders and made-to-order items require additional production time. Completion times depend on the piece, materials, current workload, and design details.

Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship with:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • Other available carriers depending on destination and service

Tracking will be provided when available.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, strikes, and other issues outside our control may affect delivery.

Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide shipping may be available depending on the item and destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges required by their country unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

We cannot mark commercial orders as gifts or lower the declared value.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows a delay, contact the shipping carrier first for the most current information.

If a package appears lost, contact us through site chat or Instagram at @coopersglass and we can help start a carrier claim where available.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages are handled case by case after carrier review.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos or video of:

  • The item
  • The box
  • The shipping label
  • The packing materials

Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Device and Accessory Notice

Devices, grommets, inserts, electronics, or other third-party parts are not included unless the product listing clearly says they are included.

Please read each product description carefully before ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel orders where shipping is unavailable, restricted, high-risk, or legally unclear.

Customers are responsible for making sure the items they order are legal to buy, receive, import, and possess in their location.
