We accept returns only under the conditions listed below.

Return Window

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, but the return must be approved before it is shipped back.

To request a return, contact us through site chat or Instagram at @coopersglass with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or video of the item

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Clean
  • In original condition
  • Packed safely
  • Returned with tracking
  • Approved by us before being shipped back

Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom orders
  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized pieces
  • Modified designs
  • Used items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong item.

Use tracked and insured shipping. Glass is fragile, and if a return is lost or damaged during return shipping, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the item is used, dirty, damaged, incomplete, or not in the same condition it was sent, the refund may be denied or reduced.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled case by case.

Because many Coopers Glass pieces are handmade, limited, or one-of-one, exact replacements may not be available.
